They don't change- fast. Just look at your New Year's resolution of the past 18 years. It ain't happening. Rather, be realistic about humans. Humans are 80.20

80% of the time they're fabulous, punctual and bring donuts to the meeting without being asked.

20% of the time they ate the last damn donut. (yes- the one you wanted.)

Don't expect your humans to be non-humans at work and fun at the Christmas party because that makes them inhumane to one another. They become overly demanding and critical, they don't give space to new ideas and they feel unseen for their real talent. We want #UnApologetic teams. Instead of saying ¨sorry I don't know how to do that,¨ they will confidently say ¨Here's what I can do for you...¨
