Meet Jessica: Therapist, Speaker & Advocate for Unapologetic Women
Jessica’s mom calls her a free spirit.
Most people call her fun. Some don’t call her at all—because she breaks the rules of what a “professional” should be. She’s an advocate for authenticity, cutting through the noise so women can take up space, speak up, and own their worth.

She turned pain into purpose; bullied at 11, injured at 12, she was forced into deep reflection, traveling to 60 countries, living on five continents, and studying what makes people connect, adapt, and show up fully.
Jess transformed challenges into a mission: helping women stop apologizing for being themselves. A fighter against self-hate, body hate and unnecessary insecurities, she founded How2BeYou where she has been leading transformational workshops on public speaking, networking, and assertive communication, helping women in male-dominated industries get heard and valued. She is an expert in psychological safety and diversity & inclusion, ensuring that workplaces create real space for every voice. She's a certified AETG therapist in Gestalt Psychotherapy and a certified Improvisation and Aqai practitioner; she has a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics and an honors postgraduate diploma in Non-Profit Management.
She’s spoken at global conferences, trained top corporate teams, and won multiple public speaking contests.
