When I lived in India I noticed the huge differences in how people communicate, touch and do business. There are cultural values which can be taught to your team or CEO so that they do not commit errors when going for a big merge or when pitching abroad to international clients.

Understanding your culture, how you speak and then understanding the values, body language, eye contact, gestures, assertiveness etc. can make the difference between a deal and a lost cllient.
