About the event

How to deal with rejection? Face it-with humour and humanness.

Laugh is offering 3 sessions- for free- to try clown in downtown Barcelona. March 6,18 and April 9. call to rsvp. In English- no nose necessary -just a willing body & soul.

Theatrical clown teaches us many things about ourselves as speakers, singers, and trainer coaches: how to sustain energized presence, enjoy spontaneity; how to deal with rejection with humanness and humor. Best of all- clown helps us accept our own unique adorableness, which helps us to be more authentic, speak louder and get our ideas heard. This is a training on the basics of clown with small groups, led by Jessica Breitenfeld, a volunteer hospital clown, with over 260 hours of training by 5 clown teachers in the last 6 years in Barcelona. Jessica was a children´s entertainer in Canada touring the biggest stages in Ontario as Suzie the Scientist and as the host of a Lumberjack family adventure live show.

No experience is needed, no costume no nose. All you bring is comfortable clothes. This is the first clown class in English in Barcelona: it is sponsored by @laugh a non profit dedicated to more fun and authenticity in the lives of our community- established 2016 by Jessica Breitenfeld.

wear comfortable clothes and get ready to laugh- everyone is a good clown- that´s the magic of clown. ¨You´ll never laugh so hard at a workshop in your life¨ quote unquote me more about Jessica
