This 3 day program" equips participants with essential skills to thrive in dynamic environments. 

Through 20 minute AI adaptability IQ assessment result, reflection, practical personalized tips, exercises, role plays, Neurocommunication research, and improvisation experiences, attendees identify their strengths. 

Sessions focus on fostering a growth mindset, resilience building, and effective communication. Strategies for navigating change and problem-solving in uncertain scenarios are explored, alongside the role of adaptive leadership. Interactive activities provide practical experience, reinforcing adaptability skills. Participants leave with personalized action plans to apply newfound knowledge, empowered to embrace change confidently. Self Leadership March 5  

Empowered individuals equipped with assertive leadership tools so they can manage problems and deal with difficult clients.  

Morning Session: 

Self-awareness and assertiveness training using 4 different personality types from the DISC assessment, inspired by the book “Surrounded by Idiots.”. Self reflection and exercises in adapting to others to influence. Communication techniques and conflict resolution strategies   

Afternoon Workshops: 

Practical application through role-playing scenarios using improv Feedback sessions for refining assertive behaviors, Boundaries Goal setting for effective leadership Collaboration activities to strengthen leadership skills


Adaptability March 6  

Morning Session: 

Explanation of Adaptability Quotient (AQ) components. Self-Assessment *Aqai   

Afternoon session: 

Reflection of AQ assessments for self-awareness. Character, Ability and Environment. 

Individual reflection on strengths and areas for improvement.  Mindset and Resilience: Cultivating a growth mindset to embrace change. Techniques for building resilience in challenging situations.  

Adaptive Communication: Effective communication strategies for uncertain environments. 

Practice in active listening and empathy-building. #introverts #psycholigcalsafety  

Adapting to Change: Strategies for managing emotions and stress during transitions. 

Tools for navigating different stages of change, with colleagues #genZ #AI #Inclusion  Problem-Solving Skills: 

Creative problem-solving methods for unpredictable scenarios. 

Negotiation March 7 

Morning Session: 

Collaboration techniques for innovative solutions. #resilience  

Adaptive Leadership: Traits of adaptive leaders and their impact on teams. Examples of adaptive leadership in action. Interactive Activities

Afternoon session: 

Tactics to de-escalate stress  BATNA (Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement), Win win negotiation, Chris Voss’ mirroring techniques, creating rapport, levels of trust,   Cultural and personal negotiation styles and their effectiveness. assertive vs collaborative cultures.  

Overcoming Common Negotiation Challenges Dealing with difficult personalities 

Managing emotions during negotiations  

Role-Playing: Negotiation Simulations Participants engage in negotiation scenarios
