You have an idea.
You have a dream.
You know you can do it.
-But not yet.

You have strengths... don't let people stop you.
Welcome to the new, brave, you.
This is a different kind of therapy.
Radical. Experiential. Efficient. You will feel safe to share.
No judgement.
No agenda.
My only objective?

Freedom.

You will feel your emotions and move past them without needing 12 cookies and a bottle of wine. After 3 months with me, you will feel more confident, happier, and only need 7.5 cookies and a glass of low-fat wine!
You might draw, role play, or laugh at your situation (called ´Reframing´ in Neuro Linguistic Programming), cry about grief, perhaps yell at a cushion - the way you wish you could have yelled as a child when your mom pushed you over your boundaries.
You will experience the LAB experience- where we live our experiences together to get ready for when they happen with family, friends, and enemies (bosses). This is Somatic Experiencing - where the body/ heart connection heals us. You will practice saying "no" to toxic people and "yes, and" to more friendships and love in your life. You will stand up for yourself and stop people pleasing. You will do all of these and I will guide you to 'Emotional bravery'.

You will change how you respond to the world
with two words.

The world will treat you differently

Gently shift with Psychological Kinesiology (Psych-K)
Psych-K (short for Psychological Kinesiology), is a self-help and therapeutic technique developed by Robert M. Williams in the late 1980s. It combines principles from psychology, neurobiology, and muscle testing (kinesiology) to help individuals change limiting beliefs and reprogram their subconscious mind to achieve personal and behavioral transformation. The core premise of Psych-K is that many of our beliefs, especially subconscious ones, influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and ultimately, our life experiences. These beliefs can either support our goals and well-being or limit them. Psych-K aims to identify and transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones by using specific protocols and processes. Here's a basic overview of how Psych-K works:

Muscle Testing: Psych-K often begins with muscle testing, where an individual's arm muscle strength is used as an indicator of their subconscious beliefs. This is done by asking "yes" or "no" questions and observing changes in muscle strength in response to different statements or beliefs.

Identifying Limiting Beliefs: Through muscle testing and dialogue, the practitioner and individual work together to identify specific limiting beliefs or thought patterns that may be causing emotional or behavioral challenges.

Balancing: Once a limiting belief is identified, the individual uses various techniques to balance their subconscious mind. Balancing typically involves a set of movements, visualizations, and affirmations designed to align the conscious and subconscious mind with a more positive and empowering belief.

Integration: The balanced belief is then integrated into the subconscious mind, ideally replacing the old limiting belief. This is intended to create a more supportive and constructive mindset.

Psych-K is often used to address a wide range of issues, including reducing stress, managing anxiety, overcoming phobias, improving self-esteem, and enhancing personal and professional performance. It's important to note that Psych-K is considered an alternative or complementary therapy and may not be widely accepted or supported by the mainstream psychological community.
Happy Clients
Working with Jess, I have actively taken steps towards things I said would be impossible for me to do, I am beginning to see my full value and I am speaking up on matters that are important to me. Therapy will be an ongoing process for me but I have accomplished a lot in 13 months and I cannot wait to see the growth that is coming!

Jessica has played a huge role in changing patterns that were blocking me from living my truth. I have experienced big transformations in my life since I started seeing Jessica. Only a year ago, I was terrified to even start a conversation, now I am regularly practicing Improv Comedy and I feel empowered to be myself. Jessica made me feel comfortable through her natural and humorous therapy style, and we were able to practice skills that would be useful in my day to day life. I can confidently recommend Jessica as she genuinely wants to see her client’s thrive. No doubt you will feel supported and feel positive changes in yourself and in your life.
When I first came to Jessica I was doubtful that therapy was going to help or that I needed it. I remember saying ‘I feel happy 99% of the time’ and that ‘I am only here to fix the 1%’. It quickly became apparent how much I bottled away my emotions, how disconnected I was from my body and how challenging it was for me to speak up about things that were important to me. During the last 8 months I have worked with Jessica through these things plus much more. Almost instantly those around me said they felt a new and more positive energy from me.
